A design for a vending machine I made that accepts American quarters and dispenses cards in a card sleeve. It can be set up to accept 1, 2, or 4 American Quarters, although I think the 1 quarter model is the most reliable. You could also create quarter-sized tokens if you want to charge different amounts. Features:
-1 full rotation of the handle dispenses one card.
-Lightweight, coming in at 5lbs empty.
-Easy access to restock cards or collect coins with a 2.5mm allen wrench. (No proprietary key to lose.)
-The pin in the paperweight will jam the mechanism when there are no cards to dispense, preventing people from wasting money on an empty machine.
-Holds up to 100 cards. Accepts industry standard 3" x 4.5" card folders.
-The mechanism won't turn if smaller coins are put into the machine.
-Printed in ABS so that it can survive in temperatures below ~170F. Not recommended for use in direct sunlight.
-Easy view window to quickly see how many cards are left in the machine.
